One credit makes one listing's film: the AI walkthrough of every room, cut as a 16:9 film, a vertical reel and an unbranded MLS version. Re-edits of that listing never use another credit. A Quick film (your photos with camera moves, no AI video) is always free.

Every room's video is checked against your photos, and one that changes the home is left out rather than shown. A different photo of that room gives it another try. Re-edits are free: reorder or drop rooms, change captions or your end card and render again as often as you like.

Yes. Choose to furnish empty rooms on the Photos step, in one style for the home: Warm, Modern or Classic. Furniture is added and the home is never changed; a room that can’t be furnished without changing it stays as photographed. Every furnished room is labeled “Virtually staged” in the film, your originals are linked on the property page, and the MLS cut uses the originals by default. It’s included in the listing’s film credit; a Quick film doesn’t furnish rooms.
